Mark Russell has over twenty years total networking and programming experience with a current focus enterprise database development and training using Microsoft SQL Server tools and technologies. Mark is a Certified Technical Trainer. He has taught over 500 Desktop Applications classes and over 500 Technical classes. Mark has completed Microsoft approved Train-the Trainer Program. He was named Instructor of the Year in 1999 with New Horizons Worldwide. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Mark has maintained an overall class (Instructor score) average of 9.62 on a 10 scale.
Sandra Batakis - A+ Trainer, MCT, MCSE, CIW
Sandra is a Senior Microsoft Certified Instructor with over 10 years in
the IT certification training and courseware development field. She has

Bill Hatfield - Visual Studio.NET 2005 Trainer (MCT, MCSD.NET, CPD, CPI)
Bill is an internationally best-selling author of books on Internet, intranet and client/server technologies. Bill has 13 years experience in the software development industry. 11 of those years in consulting as architect/developer on Internet and client/server technologies, including 6 years of experience as a professional corporate instructor. Bill is the Bestselling author of five books on Internet and client/server development. He specialized at consulting engagement, project-management, Architectural design and Object-Oriented Analysis/Design. Debbie Fierst - Has been actively teaching Dreamweaver, ColdFusion, and Microsoft Project for more than 5 years. She has been actively doing web design since it became a real force in the early 90's. Debbie has created over 100 web sites utilizing many different web technologies, including but not limited to ColdFusion, ASP.Net, HTML, XML, and JavaScript. In terms of project management she has effectively provided strategies to the US Air Force, National Security Agency, as well as other corporate clients. She has implemented many of these strategies in her own web development firm.
Tracy Berry - Has been involved graphic and web design for more than 15 years. She has utilized Adobe Photoshop on many different forms including the commercial print industry, however over the past years she has focused devoted its use primarily to web production. She has designed over 200 web sites, and in doing so has discovered many tips & tricks to improve both production and efficiency. In addition to Adobe Photoshop she is also an expert in Macromedia Flash as well as many other Macromedia products. In fact, she has been using many of the Macromedia and Adobe products since their genesis. Over the years she has demonstrated great versatility in these products, producing content of many different forms for many different types of clients.
Steven Borg, Microsoft Certified Trainer, MCSD.NET
Steve has over 14 years of experience creating technical solutions to a variety of civilian and military problems. He has been the primary .NET Solution presenter for Microsoft Academic at MIT, Harvard, University of Houston and several other noted institutes of higher education throughout the United States. Steve has been requested by different courseware development teams at Microsoft to teach the Beta versions of their new courseware. Steve has taught both Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) 2310 Introduction to ASP.NET, and MOC 2609 Introduction to Programming with C# to both students and the instructional designers. His recommendations have resulted in numerous changes to improve both Microsoft official curriculums. Steve has also taught the world-wide T-Prep of both .NET courses.
